• Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed on our website, it is considered a binding agreement to purchase.

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 36 hours of placement.

• Cancellation Process: To cancel, you must contact us via WhatsApp (03167039056). Cancellations via email or other social media may not be processed in time.

• Shipped Orders: Once an order has been dispatched/shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Timeline: * Gujranwala: 1 to 4 business days.

  • Other Cities (All Pakistan): 4 to 7 business days.

• Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you and deliver the package up to 3 times. If all three attempts fail, the order will be returned to Mahranii.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the rider.

3. Returns, Damages, and Refunds

• Our Quality Guarantee: We take full responsibility for the condition of your order until it reaches your door.

• Damaged or Broken Seals: If your product arrives with a broken seal or is damaged during transit, Mahranii will cover all costs.

• Return Process: In the event of damage, we will pay for the return shipping and provide a replacement or refund. Please notify us via WhatsApp immediately upon receiving a damaged item.

• Hygiene Policy: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products where the seal has been broken by the customer unless the product is defective.

4. Pricing and Product Availability

• Price Adjustments: Mahranii reserves the right to change the prices of our oils and wellness products (such as Shilajit) at any time without prior notice on the website.

• Customer Loyalty: As a courtesy, if you are a previous customer, we will attempt to notify you of significant price changes via WhatsApp before your next purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mahranii is not liable for any skin or scalp reactions, as results vary by individual. We recommend a patch test before full application of our 100% botanical oils.
